How much will it cost to ship my order?

We offer free delivery to all of the USA.

When do I receive my shipment?

Your Pillow Pops order should arrive 4-7 business days after an order has been shipped. This does not include weekends or holidays. We ship directly from Los Angeles via FedEx.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a mail when the product is shipped by our team.

How do I track my shipment?

You will receive an order confirmation email with the tracking info after your order has been shipped. Please track your shipping on www.fedex.com

Do you ship Internationally outside of the US?

At this time Pillow Pops does not ship outside of the USA. We ship to all 50 states including Hawaii and Puerto Rico. 

Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?

It's not possible to modify the order but you can contact us to cancel the order before it ships.

Item(s) may be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. 

We reserve the right to update this return policy at any time. 

What can be returned?

  • Item(s) may be returned if unused and unwashed. The product must be in its original condition with original packaging including tags.
  • Only item(s) purchased directly through pillowpops.com
  • Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. No exceptions.

What cannot be returned?

  • Pillow inserts are not eligible for return or refund on their own.
  • Any merchandise marked 'Final Sale' is not eligible for return or refund.
  • Returns are not accepted after fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Item(s) with removed or not intact Law Label tags are non-refundable.

How To Return Items?

  • Click here and follow the instructions.
  • Enter your order number and email used to place your order.
  • Select the products you want to return.
  • Select the Payment Method
    • Original payment mode
    • Store credit
  • Once your return is approved you will receive a shipping label to your E-mail.
  • Place the shipping label on the product and drop it off at the nearest FedEx centre or call FedEx for a pick up (charges may apply)

Note:

  • If you want to return more than 4 items, multiple shipping labels will be required. You will need to create more than one Return Request by following the same process
  • Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Additionally, a restocking fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

When can I expect my refund?

Once we received the returned item(s), please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. As long as the item(s) are new, in unused condition and law labels are intact, your credit will be forthcoming.
