RETURN POLICY

Pillow Pops may be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. 

We reserve the right to update this return policy at any time. 

What can be returned?

  • Pillow Pops may be returned if unused and unwashed. Product must be in its original condition with original packaging including tags.
  • Only items purchased directly through pillowpops.com
  • Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. No exceptions.
  • We do not offer, store credit or exchange.

What cannot be returned?

  • Pillow inserts are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Any merchandise marked 'Final Sale' is not eligible for return or refund.
  • Returns are not accepted after fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Where do I ship my return order?

  • Secure item in original packing materials including your order number.
  • Return your package via insured mail for security against loss or damage. Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds minus original shipping fee are credited to the original form of payment.

When can I expect my refund?

Once you have placed the package in the mail, please allow 7-10 days for your refund to be processed. As long as the Pillow Pops are new, unused condition, your credit will be forthcoming.
